Chevrolet Expanding Teen Driver Technology

August 25th, 2016 by

We all remember when we started driving as a teenager, right? I remember being a 16 year old walking into my math class and excitedly showing all of my friends my brand new license. But it also doesn't take a Syracuse, NY math professor to know that teenagers, plus driving, can sometimes equal bad decisions on the roads in Cicero, Cortland, and Chittenango.

That's why Chevy is expanding their innovative Teen Driver Technology to nine models in the 2017 lineup, including the Bolt, Camaro, Colorado, Cruze, Malibu, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, and Volt.

With the technology, parents can pre-set limits on the vehicle's speed and audio volume while their teen is driving. Parents can also receive a teen driver report card from the vehicle. (Sorry teens, it's not just your little brother who can tell on you anymore.)

Check out the Teen Driver Technology for yourself by browsing our extensive inventory of new Chevy vehicles. Then come on down to Sun Chevrolet & Auto Warehouse for a test drive today!
